Origins & Vision:
Founded in the early 2000s, Ban Jungle Adventure began as a dream to create Nepal’s first immersive jungle adventure experience. Designed by nature lovers and thrill-seekers, our vision was to offer a destination where families and tourists from around the world could enjoy the perfect mix of eco-tourism, adventure activities, and natural beauty
Founding & Early Years:
In 2005, our founders secured land that once served logging purposes and began restoring the forest ecosystem. Trails, zipline platforms, and base camp facilities were developed to ensure visitors could safely explore the jungle while respecting nature.
Opening to the Public
In 2010, Ban Jungle Adventure officially welcomed its first guests. Popular early experiences included hiking trails and jungle zipline rides — making it one of the first outdoor adventure parks in Nepal tailored to both children and adults.
Expansion and New Attractions
By 2013, Ban Jungle Adventure introduced more advanced attractions:
High ropes & aerial zipline circuits
A kids’ adventure park
Group tour zones for international tourists
These upgrades made us a top weekend escape near Kathmandu for families, school trips, and foreign tourists.
